Smolov base cycle- WK 1, day 2

Todays session called for 5 sets of 7 @ 155

The first set I took the bar out really low, alot lower than usual and it felt quite good, In two minds of working on it, as I usually take it a bit higher to try and keep the forward lean to minimum and rotate my elbows underneath the bar. Guess we'll see. Weights arent a major issue right now but get tired quickly, and finding it hard to replicate 1st rep every rep, Glad it drops to 5's and 3's now though. Not too sure im glad about the number of sets though
