This week training

I actually competed, last sunday. I totaled 600kg via 215/142.5/242.5 (PR bench) so this week is just abbreviated and not anything special in particular...

headed back into the gym thursday night solo and did as follows...

a) wide grip lat pulldowns - 3 sets of 10
b) Kroc rows - 3 sets of 15

Seated rear raises
3 sets of 25

had to call it here, I will spare details but lets just say my intestines didn't agree with me tonight, and an early infection/illness whatever seemed to be clear, flared up again... smashing the immodium. Hopefully be back for monday.
