2 weeks down

Tonight went alot better than I expected but im still not totally satisfied. Its getting really really hard to stay consistent with tecnhique and I think the acculumating fatigue is playing a big part. Oh well, 4 sessions to go and then I can get some well needed rest, and hopefully be all fresh and working smoothly for a BIG ASS PR.

put together a little compilation video today of a few sets. As it says in description they arent great but I will take it getting through and the way the weights are moving. Its getting hard now, and like I said in previous post, last night I was absolutely woeful. Tonight was leaps and bounds better and I actually felt like I had relatively something there in the way of posterior chain to sit back into but no where near as much as normal when I squat. Quads seem to be really getting a hammering and helping out alot more than they used to, and again I attribute that just to literally having to haha. I also believe the shifting onto them is messing my depth up or making it look a lot worse than it is and its making me paranoid as hell, but again, when it comes to it, as long as im sinking that single... 4 more to go.
