Saturdays antics..

Went in today in the hope of getting some form of benching in. Had a massive squat hangover though and knew I wasnt going to be doing any earth shattering work, let alone breaking PR's so just got a session in.

40 x 10 x 2
60 x 5
80 x 5
100 x 2
110 x 2
115 x 5

all comp pause/commands every rep... zzzzzzzzz

Incline DB's
4 sets of 20 @ 20's

Barbell ext. on floor
4 sets of 15 @ 30kg's

Chest supported DB rows - superset - Reverse Flies
4 sets of 12 @ 25's
4 sets of 25 @ 7.5's

nothing special and everything felt like a bag of smashed assholes. Oh deep joy.

Still not even sure what to do next and monday is looming. Moving forward is obviously a given, but how!?
