Smolov base cycle/meso week 3 day 2

Today called for 5x7@170kg

Smashed the stimulants, warmed up thouroughly and felt really really good today like all the other wednesdays strangely enough. Think I know which day I will max next week!

surpirsed myself here. Thinking about making the switch so wanted to pull something heavyish today so I werent totally out of sync for a proper max next week. Pleasantly surprised, and only 20kg's off my best comp deadlift. Even if I only pull 5kg more next week I still think by the end of the year with some solid training and technique work I will surpass my conv. Short and stumpy for the win!
