here we go then ladies and gentleman, the dreaded d-day of squatting...
still a tad sore from wednesday as expected so I went through my warm ups very slowly and thouroughly. Took a few weights again just to keep things moving and enhance the stretch as it were!

I had a nightmare with the video's, phone died on 220 set, but got 1st rep, and I have a facebook link to 235 as friend had to video due to dead phone! I dont know how to get it from there to youtube!
Im extremly happy though, it was all worth it! I wouldnt of changed a thing about how I ran it. Probably have some other thoughts soon or a proper write up but the results speak for themselves!
